What’s the difference between assisted living and memory care?
Assisted living helps with daily tasks like bathing, dressing and medications. Memory care adds a secure wing and dementia-trained caregivers. A fuller comparison.

What is the license status?
Our state RCFE license is pending. We’ll welcome residents once it’s approved, aiming for early 2027.
Is everything on one level?
Yes. Every suite is on the ground level, with no stairs or elevators.
Can residents receive hospice care here?
We plan to allow hospice care in place, subject to state approval. How it works.
What is the Founders Club?
Founding families receive first choice of suite and founding rates. It’s open to the first 30 families, after an in-person assessment; a $1,000 refundable deposit holds your place.
Can I see the renovation?
Yes. We offer private tours while the renovation is underway, and occasional hard hat tours.
